Work with Elysa
Elysa spends her time designing for what people actually feel — qualia, from the texture of materials to the relational care between people. She's designed for play, for purpose, for grief, for joy. Whatever the experience asks for.
The work
The work takes different shapes. A talk that shifts how a room thinks about creativity. A program that builds real capacity over time. A journey designed from intake to integration, where every detail serves what people feel. Or something built from inside, where Elysa leads your team and builds what doesn't exist yet.

Ways to work together
-

Keynotes
Keynotes field-tested across Stanford, corporate programs, and live events. Always participatory. The person in the room who's certain they're not creative is usually the one who surprises themselves most.

Workshops & Team Programs
All experiential, all built around what a team actually needs. The programs develop play culture and creative instincts. The sprints go deep on a specific challenge — creative problem solving that produces real concepts and strategy.
-

Healing Program and Experience Design
A person knows whether they're safe before they ever walk through the door. It's in the story the clinic tells, the way the phone is answered, the words on the intake form.
Elysa designs the program and patient journey: the space, the sequence, the sensory details, and what happens in the weeks after. She can direct the full picture or go deep on specific pieces.

Embedded Design Leadership
Often the only designer in the room, moving between executive decisions and independent experiments, staying user-centered for the client and the employee at once. She leads design teams and builds the kind of practice that outlasts any single project.
